YV&C's Special Monaco Reporter writes: This report comes to you live from the annual Fraser Yachts Captain Competition Award Dinner, held here tonight at the 15th anniversary of the Monaco Yacht Show, featuring some of the world's largest super- and megayachts, Yacht Vacations & Charters Magazine - as always the first - brings you the same-day results fresh from the awards dinner ceremony itself.

The Yacht Club de Monaco (Monaco Yacht Club), now over 50 years old, hosted the prestigious dinner, held every year during the Monaco Yacht Show. The club's President is His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, who took over the presidency from his father Prince Rainier III, who was Founding President, over 20 years ago.

As usual, there were three awards. The prestigious 2005 Charter Captain Award, which last year was won by Alain Delamuraz and Yves Bourbonaud of M/Y HELOVAL, went this year to Captain Aaron Clark of M/Y FOUR WISHES. The award was presented by Diane Fraser and received on the captain's behalf by the First Mate of M/Y FOUR WISHES.

The award for Best Charter Crew Above 40 Meters went to Captain Neil Emmott of M/Y PASSION (173 ft / 52.75 m) and the award for Best Charter Crew Below 40 Meters went to Captain Phillipo of M/Y FREEMONT (114 ft./35 m).

(Monaco Yacht Show, Sept 22, 2005) - The first mate of M/Y FOUR WISHES accepts the award for Best Charter Captain, a special edition Blancpain watch, on behalf of Captain Aaron Clark who was out on charter.

(Monaco Yacht Show, Sept 22, 2005) - Captain Neil Emmott of M/Y PASSION, whose crew won the Best Charter Crew Below 35 Meters Award.
